The highly anticipated Redmi Note 12 Turbo is set to launch in China soon, offering users a flagship experience in a mid-range handset. The smartphone features a tall 6.67 inch OLED display with 68.7 billion colors, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 1920Hz PWM Dimming, and HDR10+ certification. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC and is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device also boasts a 5,000mAh battery pack with 67W fast charging, a 64-megapixel triple camera setup with OIS, and a 12-megapixel selfie camera. Besides specification, Redmi has confirmed the special edition of the Redmi Note 12 Turba with Harry Potter themed.
The launch event is set for March 28, and the company will be streaming it via its official Weibo account. Although the pricing for the Note 12 Turbo is still unclear, Xiaomi promises a premium-grade experience at a mid-range price tag. The Redmi Note 12 4G will also be launched in the Asian region on March 30. Most of the Android smartphones belonging to the Redmi Note 12 series have already been launched outside China, and the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is expected to arrive in India in the next few weeks.
